KOA Guests
If you're experiencing issues with your RV—such as slides that won't move, stuck leveling jacks, electrical problems, and more—rest assured, we're here to help!

We prioritize KOA guests for emergency service calls. So, if you need assistance, don't hesitate to call us right away, even late into the night. We'll do our best to accommodate you in our schedule for the next day. Our business hours are 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, 7-days a week.

Scheduled Service Calls
$175 per hour
Scheduled service calls include RV Repair & Installs & RV Maintenance services.
There is a one-hour minimum charge for service calls on our first visit. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Additional cost for parts and supplies needed to complete service call.
Mileage Fee
$50 per visit
We come to you! Our service calls include a mileage fee that is determined by the distance between our location in East Tawas and the KOA in Oscoda, which is approximately 13 miles away. You'll receive a discounted mileage rate if we have multiple service calls booked back-to-back at the KOA.
