We are located in East Tawas, Michigan servicing Alcona, Arenac, Iosco, and Ogemaw counties annually from April 15 - December 15.

Scheduled Service Calls
$175 per hour
Scheduled service calls include RV Repair & Installs, RV Maintenance & RV Education services. Our goal is to accommodate all service calls promptly, within a few days. During peak demand periods (summer months), service call requests may be added to our waitlist, and appointments are typically scheduled 1-3 weeks in advance. To optimize efficiency and serve a larger number of customers, we group appointments by location.
There is a one-hour minimum charge for service calls on our first visit. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Additional cost for parts and supplies needed to complete service call. Group Bookings: Back-to-back scheduled service calls at the same campground will be billed in 15-minute increments for appointments under one hour.
Emergency Service Calls
$250 per hour
If you are in urgent need of an appointment outside our normal business hours of 10am-8pm or cannot wait to be scheduled during peak demand periods, we may be able to accommodate you on the same day or next day, depending on our availability and length of our scheduled waiting list.
There is a one-hour minimum charge for emergency service calls on our first visit. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Additional cost for parts and supplies needed to complete service call.
Phone/Administation Assistance
$100 per hour
We are happy to provide phone-based support for any inquiries you may have. The initial 15-minutes are complimentary and are included with every service call. For additional assistance with phone calls, research and requested paperwork for warranty companies, insurance claims, and special parts orders, time will be billed in 15-minute intervals. Depending on the scope of the job, we may request prepayment for this service.

We come to you! Our service calls include a mileage fee that is determined by the distance between our location (GPS Big Boy in East Tawas) and yours. You'll receive a discounted mileage rate if we have multiple service calls booked in the same campground.
To be cost effective, all service call appointments over 20 miles in our extended service area, are grouped together.
21+ Miles (Grouped Appt.): $75 + additional $2 per mile
Ex: 40 miles, grouped appointment is $75+$40 =$115
21+ Miles (Individual Appt.): $75 + additional $2 per mile + $1.67 per minute drive time one-way
Ex: 40 miles, 50 minutes, single appointment is $75+$40+$83.50 = $198.50

Make an appointment by calling (989) 820-7373 or request an appointment using our online booking. We'll call you back within 24 hours; it's usually within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

We'll gather your information, do some basic diagnostics and give you a quote over the phone.

You'll receive a text confirmation for your scheduled appointment, when we are en route and when your service call is completed.

You'll receive a digital invoice and payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Debit or Credit.

You'll receive a digital job report of your service call with before and after photos of the work completed.

No worry guarantee! We do not charge a service call fee if we cannot fix or provide you answers about your RV.
